30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Extended for the Holidays)

 

We have a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. We also offer an Extended Holiday Return Window for all gifts purchased between October 15th and December 24th, which can be returned until January 31st to ensure peace of mind for holiday giving.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process (Customer Responsibility)

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to our international fulfillment center.

Return Shipping Address: Please do NOT send items back to the original shipping address. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (The Dropshipping Guarantee)

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately, please include clear photos or a video of the defect. If approved, we will process a full refund or send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must meet the return conditions.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
